Fighting Tigers is a website design service offering custom, high-performance websites to clients on a subscription basis. Services are billed monthly and include website development, maintenance, and related support as agreed upon.
All services are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed via the payment method you provide at the time of sign-up. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused services, or early cancellations.
To cancel your subscription, you must email us directly at tedallingham@fightingtigers.london. Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
All website content, including but not limited to design, layout, graphics, text, and code, is owned by Fighting Tigers or our licensors. You are not permitted to reproduce, reuse, or redistribute any content created by us for use outside of your contracted website unless explicitly agreed in writing. Fighting Tigers reserves the right to feature anonymised versions of your site in our portfolio or promotional materials.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service for breaches of these terms.
Fighting Tigers reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice.
Fighting Tigers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to its exclusive jurisdiction.
